Driving Data Science Adoption

The global head of R&D Strategy and Operations at a global pharmaceutical company was establishing an enterprise-wide data science council to ensure the successful adoption of new analytics technologies. Looking for support managing key milestones and creating educational content as he rolled out the new council’s work to business units, he turned to BTG. Our consultant—who’d previously run an analytics startup—began by drafting a charter and governance for the new council. Then he developed a comprehensive communications and training strategy and assisted in change management initiatives during the rollout.
