Developing a Training Curriculum for Global Procurement

A leading global pharmaceutical company based in Europe was in the midst of digitally transforming their procurement function. They had recently implemented a new cloud-based procurement system and self-service tool but needed an experienced training manager to make the most of the digital investment. The company’s head of People and Culture Procurement turned to Business Talent Group (BTG) for help.
