BTG Co-Founder and Co-CEO Jody Greenstone Miller Named to Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing List for 3rd Consecutive Year
Annual report from Staffing Industry Analysts recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the success of their companies and the staffing industry ecosystem.
(November 18, 2020) – Business Talent Group (BTG), the leading marketplace for high-end independent talent, today announced that the company’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Jody Greenstone Miller, has been named to the Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing List for 2020 by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).
Now in its sixth year of publication, the list highlights 100 women from the Americas as well as another 50 women globally who have made significant contributions to the success of their companies and the staffing industry ecosystem. Women on the list include CEOs, entrepreneurs, divisions heads, technologists, attorneys, and more.
“These are women from various backgrounds who are making a difference,” wrote Subadhra Sriram, editor and publisher, media products, at SIA. “As we grapple with a pandemic that has disproportionately impacted women and minorities, women in our industry are working to stop the dramatic backslide on workplace equality Covid-19 has wrought. Our honorees are building new companies, products, divisions and creating a future of work where women and men can thrive.”
Following SIA’s 2018 and 2019 lists, this year marks Ms. Miller’s third consecutive appearance on the Global Power 150 list, in recognition of her continued leadership within the industry. As the co-author of “The Rise of the Supertemp,” a 2012 Big Idea feature the Harvard Business Review that observers cite as the definitive analysis of the alternative professional services trend, Ms. Miller was among the first in the industry to recognize the potential of the “gig economy” as a tool to benefit both top companies and highly skilled talent alike.
Today, Ms. Miller and BTG are continuing to redefine the future of work by offering a safe and flexible source of in-demand skills and expertise to help companies grapple with challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the overnight leap to predominantly remote workforces. As companies shift their priorities to building resilience and preparing for post-pandemic growth, BTG will continue to deliver the high-end on-demand talent and innovative enterprise-wide talent solutions that business leaders need to complete their most important work.
